Lobbyist Identification Badges
Here are the documents that will clarify how lobbyists can obtain a Lobbyist Identification Badge from the Security Administration Office.
These badges are only for lobbyists to enter the Capitol Complex without going through the screening. The Security Administration Office is in no way a photo center for lobbyists who just want a photo to meet the new Lobbyist Act.




Pursuant to the Commonwealth’s published policy regarding Card Reader and Emergency Response Access to Certain Capitol Complex Buildings and Other State Office Buildings, you will be required to renew your application for photo identification annually.  Should you have any questions about this process, please direct them to:
