CONGRESSIONAL REAPPORTIONMENT PLAN

In accordance with the Congressional Redistricting Act of 2002, Act No. 34 of 2002 (Act), following are the legal descriptions of the U.S. Congressional Districts established by the Act. 

 

Based on the reports of the U.S. Census and determinations made by the Pennsylvania Legislative Data Processing Center, the official populations of the Congressional Districts are as follows:  The 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th Congressional Districts each have a population of 646,371.  The 3rd, 7th, 9th, 11th and 13th Congressional Districts each have a population of 646,372.
