Addition to practical examination:
Beginning the third quarter exam for 2007, students taking the practical exam will be required to wear a washable jacket or smock to the practical. Students will also have to demonstrate the use of the hone and strop.

LaserGrade, the company which provided the theory sites, was recently acquired by PSI (a new testing company). All Pennsylvania candidates will be able to call and schedule the theory examination with LaserGrade through Friday, August 14, 2009.
Beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2009 all Pennsylvania candidates are required to call PSI at (800) 733-9267 in order to schedule the theory examination.
