Section 608 of the Act requires that licensees provide consumers with the Consumer Notice at the initial interview. The Notice was originally published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on January 8, 2000. It was amended on November 15, 2008. In order to assure a smooth transition, licensees will be permitted to use the original consumer notice until September 15, 2009. Only the amended consumer notice may be used thereafter.
